I’m an engineer . . .

. . . and was looking for an inspector with excessive attention to detail and ability to find issues in a home we planned to purchase. I selected Craig as my inspector after comparing his sample report against several other inspector sample reports in a detailed spreadsheet. Craig not only found the big and small issues, but he made solid recommendations on the corrective action required to resolve the issues.
His sound problem solving skills and experience enabled us to identify ~ $40K in required repairs that were not noted by another inspector who inspected the house 2 months before Craig’s inspection.

I accompanied Craig Poindexter of Pacific Home Inspections, Inc . . .

. . . on a property inspection of my "first time" home purchase. The amount of information Craig imparted during the inspection gave me the ability to understand and prioritize what would be needed to be done to have my house in good condition and enhance its value.
As a member of my companies Safety Committee I was impressed that Craig also pointed out "safety issues" that made the inspection even more worthwhile. After the inspection was over I received a comprehensive and well produced 31 page report that reviewed what we had talked about, what he had found and I am using that report as a tool to have the necessary action items resolved.
I would recommend Craig and Pacific Home Inspections, Inc. to everyone who wants a comprehensive property inspection done.
